The Limited Use/Limited Application (LU/LA) commercial elevator can be a practical and cost-effective solution to these architectural barriers.

This is NOT a residential elevator by another name. This is a full-service passenger elevator, limited only by speed (30 feet per minute), capacity (1,400 lbs.) and size (18 square feet).

Working with United Elevator was a uniquely positive experience most recently on the Jeremiah Burke School Project in Dorchester Ma. Throughout the project, they consistently demonstrated a superior knowledge of elevator / lift construction, expertise in general management and a professional and personal attitude that was a pleasure to work with. I found them to be simply the best in the qualities I appreciate most in a subcontractor: open communication, honesty, and cooperation. As a result of all this, a very difficult and complex project was completed on time and within owner budgeted costs.
