We’re here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Under the United Preventive Maintenance Program, if a problem should occur help is just a phone call away. Our telephones are answered by real people in real time all the time. We have on-call technicians who are equipped with an extensive spare parts inventory for quick response.

Modernization

By adding new technology to your existing equipment our technicians can bring elevators into compliance with all applicable codes, help you meet the requirements of the “American with Disabilities Act” (ADA), increase elevator operational efficiency and perfomance, improve the appearance of your elevators, add passenger comfort and extend the life of your equipment to help you get more from your initial investment.

United Elevator has successfully performed various new elevator construction work, in addition to elevator modernizations for WCI Corp. United's knowledgeable project management and on-site personnel work diligently to keep projects on schedule. Their administrative staff is friendly and efficient. Most recently United Elevator completed full modernizations of seven elevators for WCI at a public housing development in Boston. The project schedule was aggressive and the project involved making alternate accommodations for residents while the elevators were shut-down. United Elevator's quality work and ability to finish the work ahead of schedule resulted in a very satisfied Owner and another successful project for WCI.
